This request is not a guarantee of rental. Expect a return call within 48 hours of receipt. If the date requested is available an application will be forwarded to you. Application and fees must be received at least two weeks prior to the rental. Most associations require at least a 48 hour cancellation notification to assure return of your deposit.

 All dues must be current.

 Security deposit and rental fee: Amount varies with each Association.

 No business to be conducted nor is liquor to be sold on the premises.

 All clean up is the responsibility of the resident and is to take place immediately after event. Any clean up necessitated by failure to obey rules shall be deducted from the resident's deposit at cost.
